My dad made this soup the other night..and it was amazing. It’s as creamy as a squash or potato soup– without the cream! We ate the whole batch in just a couple days and made a double batch a few days later. Kohlrabi, carrots, russet potatoes, onion, cumin and turmeric (we substituted ginger in place of the turmeric, because that’s what we already had) pack nutrition and vitamins into one creamy little bowl, boosting your immunity just in time for the chill of Fall.
