If you haven’t sunk your fork into a soft piece of Lentil Shepherd’s Pie, you’re missing out! This sweet and savory meal will have you filled to the brim and still wishing for seconds. To be honest, this is the only kind of Shepherd’s Pie I’ve had (versus the meat-filled kind) and I look forward to every November cozying up with a warm mug of apple cider and a piece of this harvest ensemble.
