Tired of Thanksgiving being all about the turkey? It doesn’t have to be! With all the dishes being passed around the table there’s plenty of room for some good veg-friendly delights..or shall we call them future family favorites in the making!
Classic Comfort Food:
It’s just not Thanksgiving without stuffing! And when whether you’re Vegetarian or Vegan it’s hard to trust what’s in this tasty yet varied dish as it’s passed around the table. Don’t risk missing out on this Thanksgiving favorite– bring your own Veg version that everyone will be asking to try!
Gluten Free? Here’s another good-looking Cauliflower Stuffing that could easily be made vegan! Click here to see the gluten free Cauliflower Stuffing recipe on Delish.
If you haven’t sunk your fork into a soft piece of Lentil Shepherd’s Pie, you’re missing out! This sweet and savory meal will have you filled to the brim and still wishing for seconds. To be honest, this is the only kind of Shepherd’s Pie I’ve had (versus the meat-filled kind) and I look forward to every November cozying up with a warm mug of apple cider and a piece of this harvest ensemble.
Munchies and Crunchies:
Pumpkin puree, dates, almond milk, walnuts, and coconut oil make these decadent desserts a not-so-sinful snack. The vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and maple syrup satisfy all the cravings of pumpkin spice and Thanksgiving pie!
