Eucalyptus

Rosemary

Rosemary has a light minty scent you won’t mind inhaling no matter how sick you feel. This delicate scent has many different benefits for when you’re under the weather. Aside from being uplifting and energizing your mood, it will help keep you focused.

Rosemary is antibacterial oil that will break up mucous and congestion in the lungs, sinuses, or circulatory system. It also helps fight off infections.

Cedarwood

Unlike Peppermint essential oil’s energizing effect, Cedarwood will help break congestion in a calming way. It won’t boost circulation, because it’s a calming oil. Instead it will loosen phlegm and act as a sedative, reducing watery eyes, coughing, and a runny nose.

As a diuretic, Cedarwood is great for detoxing. It will flush out bacteria, waste, and toxins, helping you to heal faster!

Lavender
